ROCK REPORT - FRIDAY
Following the release of a number of photos of Kurt Cobain‘s death scene in recent weeks, CBS has acquired a copy of a note found in his wallet at the time of his death.
The handwritten note, obtained from files released by the Seattle Police Department, is written on stationery from the Phoenix Hotel in San Francisco, and it reads:“Do you Kurt Cobain take Courtney Michelle Love to be your lawful shredded wife, even when she’s a bitch with zits and siphoning all (your) money for doping and whoring…”
The rest of the note is cut off in the picture shown by CBS. This note is separate from Cobain’s suicide note, which read in part, “I have a goddess of a wife who sweats ambition and empathy.”
