MONDAY ROCK REPORT

Monday, Mar, 3 2014

Rob Zombie recently announced that he was scrapping work on a planned hockey movie to work on another horror project. Now, it’s been announced that Zombie is teaming up with ‘American Psycho’ author Bret Easton Ellis for a show about the famous Manson Family slayings of August 1969.
It’s still in its early stages of development, but FOX has interest in the project and it is currently being planned as a series.
Although Charles Manson never physically took part in any of the Manson Family murders, he was convicted of conspiracy for instructing his followers to commit the slayings. Manson, now 79 years old, continues to serve a life imprisonment sentence in California.

"I haven't been penetrated in years"

Friday, Feb, 28 2014

A Florida woman was arrested for using 911 to try to get an officer she liked to swing by for some “extra duty.”

The 58-year-old called 911 complaining that she wanted her Corvette back. She had signed ownership over to her step-son and wanted it back.

When an officer got there she told him he was sexy and asked if he was married.

Then she told him she hadn’t “been penetrated in years” and asked him for sex.

After figuring out he couldn’t help her with her car, he left her a card with a non-emergency number on it for future calls.

She called 911 again about an hour later, and the same cop showed back up with another officer.

When they asked why she misused 911 again, she said “how else am I going to get you to [expletive] me?”

She then started rubbing the officer’s chest. She was arrested and thrown in jail for misuse of 911.

And yes, she was drunk.

Time Travel Mystery?

Thursday, Feb, 27 2014

According to researchers, an untouched Chinese tomb was opened after 400-years. When the coffin was finally opened, and the cloth removed, something metallic hit the ground. The excavation team discovered a mud and rock encrusted ring watch and the hands stuck at 10:06 time, with "Swiss" carved in the back.

450 years ago in Switzerland, there was a ban on flashy jewelry, so the idea of a watch might make some sense, as a watch was considered practical. Still, there is no record anywhere of watches being popular in Europe until after 1780, which only deepens the mystery.

Why is Daddy so sad on Sundays?

Wednesday, Feb, 26 2014

Scott O’Brien, a Cleveland sports fan who now lives in Los Angeles, put together a Kickstarter project to fund the creation of a coloring book highlighting the most depressing moments in Cleveland sports. It is 55 pages of sadness that has poured into the hearts and souls of Cleveland sports teams.

The maker says that it’s also about sharing the history with our children so they can appreciate why we cheer the way do, and more often, hang our heads in disbelief.

The book, titled “Why is Daddy Sad on Sunday” has already received nearly four times the $2,000 needed for funding, so it appears as though this thing is a go.

*Hope they don’t make a Brett Favre pop-up book. But if they didn’t, it wouldn’t be very big.
