No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted.

Entries not received on time for the random drawing, or faulty, mistranscribed telephone communications. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission of the sponsor and its agencies to use winners name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
