I’m a bit of a pizza purest — cheese only, unless I’m feeling really “over the edge” then maybe I’ll get pepperoni. I’ve been known to experiment with specialty pies now and then but don’t try to convince me it’s pizza. Casey’s is about to roll-out a “Midwest Pizza” which they haven’t given a name to yet. While being a little cagey with the exact make-up of the flat-bread delight (I can’t call it pizza) it will have: Barbecue sauce, bacon and pulled pork. It will be available starting this Sunday September 1st.
They will be having a naming contest where the winner gets a years supply of this thing they call pizza! What do you think? Leave a comment on the Facebook post.
