Russell – You get a taste of every seasons. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets in the fall and spring. Party in the city or escape to the country.
Michelle – The beautiful farmland, sweet corn, small town generosity!
Dale – Running through cornfields backward without pants.
Justin – All the tasty critters.
Mark – Sweet corn and asparagus, as well as small town hospitality.
Christie – The smell of the corn fields on a hot humid day, and the dirt of the fields in the spring when farmers are cultivating.
Steve – You can drive 15 minutes in any direction and get away from the rat race.
Nicole – You can do whatever you want when you live in the country
Kolton – That it’s perfectly acceptable to start drinking at 6 in the morning.
Shelly – Crunch berry days in CR. How could you not love that smell
Gary – People with common sense, scenery and Bush Light.
Nicholas – The fact that it’s not Illinois.
Justin – Casey’s pizza, Busch Light, gravel roads, and hog farms.
Sean – Cheaper living in general.
Ben – The smell of fresh cut hay in the summer and the smell of corn drying in the fall.

Tammy – I live in the country. I love the calm and quiet and seeing all the stars on a clear night. And having the convenience of being 15 minutes away from the state’s largest hospital.

Lorita – Less traffic than in bigger cities & cheaper living & fresh homegrown produce & most of the people are friendlier than in bigger cities. Easier to make friends in Iowa & find jobs.
