You know…those moments you are watching with your kids, or maybe you were a kid and that sex scene popped up with your parents in the room?
Just the worst right? Especially when whatever scene you are watching goes on and on and on! You just kinda sit there, and you don’t want to say anything cause it’s just so damn awkward, and it’s always the nudity or sex scenes!
Some I can just pick out of my brain are:
- The Terminator (Sara Connor & Kyle Reese).
- The nude woman in The Shining.
- The Rock…like RIGHT at the beginning!!!
- Airplane and it’s incredibly random moment…you know what I’m talking about.
- Dumb & Dumber…not really a scene, but you can feel the awkward in the ‘dream sequence.’
But I think the one that kinda shocked everyone was ‘Titanic.’ I mean, the movie was PG-13, so CLEARLY there would be no nudity right? Ummm nope. Weirdly enough, that is kinda a legendary scene. During that time that movie came out, PG-13 didn’t really have nudity! Then it kept going into the car scene, and as a kid it’s just like….AHH STOP! SO AWKWARD WITH PARENTS IN THE ROOM!
I don’t care how I old I get, it’s still awkward.
