A chick in Sioux City has been charged with stealing scratch tickets from her work and redeeming the tickets for herself.
She’s 19-years-old and her name is Ricki Shear. She stole 94 scratch tickets while working as a clerk for Transit General Store. THEN, she cashed 21 of them in for $195.
She’s free on bail after she was arrested and charged with 21 counts of forgery or theft of a lottery ticket.
