There are just some businesses where it’s NOT a good idea to document all of your processes and workflows.
A few months ago, the cops in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada raised a major drug trafficking ring that was operating out of two homes. They found fentanyl, guns, cash, and jewelry.
But they just revealed they also found something else… The people behind the drug ring had written a 21-page “how-to” instruction manual. It had info on how to get the drugs, how to sell and distribute them, and how to collect money.
Oh, and it also included a section on how to avoid getting caught by the police. They’ll probably need to revise that section.
A 26-year-old man, 27-year-old man, and 29-year-old man are all facing several charges for the drug ring.
