There’s a 34-year-old dumbass guy named Estevan Gonzalez from Albuquerque, New Mexico. And he went through a McDonald’s drive-thru on Thursday . . . where they messed up his order by leaving out a burger.
So he did the only logical thing . . . he pulled a GUN on the woman working at the drive-thru.
She called 911, and Estevan took off . . . so a POLICE HELICOPTER started chasing him until the cop cars could catch up.
He was arrested and told the cops, quote, “he was only trying to get a hamburger.” He’s been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
