20-year-old Ethan Birch and 19-year-old Chad Kerchensky had a run-in with cops on Saturday in western Pennsylvania.
Not sure what they were pissed about, but they drove to the police station later that night to lodge a formal complaint.
And when they got there . . . the cops realized they were DRUNK.
Both of them are underage. And Ethan’s car was in the parking lot, so they arrested him for drunk driving.
And at some point, Chad lost his cool. So he’s facing charges for underage drinking and disorderly conduct.
That liquid courage sure bit ya in the ass there, dumbasses. How about next time, file a complaint when you’re not in the middle of committing a crime.
