A conservation officer in Iron River, Michigan was called to chase off a problem bear, but it turns out, the problem bear was being fed by the guy who made the call!
The homeowner called and said a bear was hanging around. When the officer showed up, the guy said that the bear was eating by the back door of the house.
As the officer walked around the house, she noticed that the homeowner had placed some food on the ground for the bear to eat and that the bear was happily enjoying his free meal.
The officer advised the homeowner to clean up the food because if you stop feeding the bear, the bear will stop coming around! Gee, ya think?!!
