A 44-year-old guy named Don Peters went into a Subway in Akron, Ohio on Saturday afternoon. He was drunk and started demanding that they make him a sandwich.
But he wasn’t happy with how they were doing . . . SO he started damaging the plexiglass… THEN he forced his way behind the counter to make his OWN.
The cops came, and they found a bottle of vodka on Don . . . and also, he’d pocketed a block of Subway’s cheese at some point while he was making his sandwich.
He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal damaging, and having an open container.
