On Tuesday night, a woman in Florida pulled into a spot next to a 1996 Honda Civic in a convenience store parking lot. And she noticed the guy inside the car was just going to town on himself.
Turns out, the chick was an off-duty cop. So she took down his license plate and called the on-duty cops . . . and they tracked down 22-year-old Steven Donovan at his house.
He admitted what he had been doing, and his excuse was . . . he thought it was LEGAL to pleasure yourself in your own car. It’s not.
As the cops were arresting him, Steven apologized to his girlfriend and told her he was horny and was watching porn after his pizza delivery shift.
He’s been charged with misdemeanor exposure of sexual organs.
